Trio joins School of Social Ecology

Three staff members have joined the School of Social Ecology this year. They are:

Romain Fravien

Director of finance
Fravien manages the activities of all financial functions of the school, providing guidance to department managers, and setting standards for internal controls.
Education: MPA in public/non-profit management from New York University; B.S. in criminal justice from Chaminade University of Honolulu
Hobbies: photography; hiking; listening to podcast and audiobooks

Nhung Nguyen

Psychological Science Department analyst
Education: B.A. in sociology from UCI

Jorge Padilla

Assistant director for the Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) program
Education: MURP from UCI; B.A. in history and Latin American-Latino Studies from UC Santa Cruz
Hometown:  From Echo Park in Los Angeles, lives in Long Beach, and loves spending time and volunteering in Orange County
Hobbies: Attending Los Angeles Dodger games; collecting historic carte maps depicting Los Angeles, Southern California, and the state of California as subjects in the maps; reading; traveling; road trips; and spending time with family and friends
