Gustavo Arellano, a columnist with the Los Angeles Times, will be in conversation with Mike Madrid, School of Social Ecology senior fellow, about his new book The Latino Century. The event will take place Saturday, Sept. 21 at Alta Baja Market, 201 E. 4th St., Suite 101 in Santa Ana from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
