Richard Matthew, Associate Professor of Planning, Policy & Design and Director of the Center of Unconventional Security Affairs, spoke at a sold-out Orange County TEDx conference at the Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa.
Created in the spirit of TED’s mission, “ideas worth spreading,” the TEDx program is designed to give communities, organizations and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level. Orange County’s theme was “Innovation Without Borders.”
