Elizabeth Cauffman, Professor of Psychology and Social Behavior, was recently quoted in an article, Youth Offenders Serving Life Sentences Could Make Parole Under New Bill, in Healthy Cal.org. Under a new bill in California, SB 9, youth offenders who committed a crime as a minor, could apply for resentencing and potentially get a shot at parole.
