The Water UCI Speaking of Water series presents an in-person event, "Water Rights and Water Wrongs: Rethinking Equity in California." The expert panel includes Erik Ekdahl, deputy director of the State Water Board's Division of Water Rights; Doug Obegi, senior attorney with the Natural Resources Defense Council; Dave Owen, law professor at UC San Francisco; Elizabeth Salomone, general manager of Mendocino County Russian River Flood Control; and Mariah Thompson, attorney with Community Equity Initiative.
