Hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, is the controversial process used to speed up extraction of oil and gas. But fracking is a heavily water-dependent practice that has implications for California’s water supply in both the short and long term. Join us for a panel discussion featuring experts on the impacts of hydraulic fracturing to water resources and learn about the consequences of this increasingly utilized technique.
