The School of Social Ecology encourages students to contribute their talents and become active members of the community while they are pursuing their academic studies. Each year, the dean recognizes at least four students with financial support from alumni who contributed to the award. Students must demonstrate both scholarly achievement and off-campus community service participation. This award is open to Social Ecology undergraduate and graduate students from any department. Students may nominate themselves, other students, or be nominated by a Social Ecology faculty member.
