Mireille Jacobson received her Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University and was a National Institute of Mental Health post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Health Care policy at Harvard Medical School before starting at UC-Irvine in July 2002. Professor Jacobson's research focuses broadly on both health and criminal justice policy in the United States. | |
