Karma Rose Zavita, a doctoral candidate and instructor in criminology, law & society, is a keynote speaker at Take Back the Night 2024.
Presented by UCI Care, this year's event is themed "Cultivate Care" and, as always, the point is to raise awareness about sexual violence and honor survivors.
The event includes a candlelight vigil and march, and education and resource fair and live performances.
