Learn what’s new with Parole supervision! The Center for Evidence-Based Corrections is assisting the CDCR in two new parole models (CPSRM and NRP).
Through the research efforts of UCI, the Center is able to coordinate with CDCR in using evidence-based practices and policies in parole reform, and in evaluating these programs. The ultimate goal is to provide better public safety. Susan Turner, Professor of Criminology, Law & Society and the Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Corrections, is featured in a video about his research.
