    This Report studies the changes in inequality and racial composition and segregation in each of the counties in the Southern California region over a 50 year period.

The Metropolitan Futures Initiative at the University of California, Irvine aims to develop an improved understanding of communities and their potential for integrative and collaborative planning and action to ensure a bright future for the region.
