Core Courses:
- Research Design:
- Introduction to the logic and methods of research design including, but not limited to, experimental design.
- Statistical Analysis in Social Ecology:
- Introduction to statistical analysis, including probability, univariate descriptive statistics, statistical inference, significance testing, and brief introduction to multivariant analysis.
- Introduction to methods of research used in natural settings. Includes alternative models of experiential learning as well as various methods of observation, assessment and evaluation. Also includes the nature of organizations, and ethical issues that emerge from research and intervention in natural settings.
